The governing body of the Black Chamber is a Board of Directors elected by the membership. The membership may organize and structure itself to better facilitate the mission and strategies of the Chamber. Officers of the Chamber are; Chairman, President/CEO, Executive Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The President/CEO serves as the Chief Executive Officer to the Board and implements Chamber policy as established by the Board of Directors.
An Advisory Board to the President will consist of Founding/Sustaining Corporate Members as well as Community Leaders appointed by the Board of Directors.
