Jeff Anderson, Director, Member Value Initiative
Jeff Anderson chairs CMBCC’s Member Value Initiatives. His efforts are designed to increase membership and visibility for CMBCC. Professionally, Jeff is the Project Manager, Diversity & Inclusion of HCCO Inc., and is a recognized expert in optimizing corporate Diversity and Inclusion models through unique diversity talent acquisition methods that yield tangible results.
Preceding his current position, Jeff spent roughly five (5) years as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Sales at WGM—a regional Mortgage Banking conduit focused on Portfolio sales and procurement. Prior to that position, Jeff served five (5) years as the VP of Sales for Magna Funding Corp.—a regional holding company concentrated on procuring non-performing and sub-performing loan portfolios. Collegiately, Jeff attended Davidson College, was a member of the Men’s basketball team, and was team captain 1994-1996. Jeff also helped foster support for the Men’s basketball team motto ‘Care, Commitment, and Trust’: Care about your teammates, Commitment to achieving greatness, and Trust your teammates will deliver as well. The motto remains a staple of the program’s belief system, and draws consistency with how Jeff pursues success in business initiatives.
In addition to CMBCC, Jeff is a member of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce (CCC), Charlotte Area Society of Human Resource Management (CASHRM), Latino American Chamber (LACC), & Black Data Processing Association (BDPA). Jeff has two daughters: Loreal and Kennedy Anderson.
