I am delighted that you are considering a membership in the Charlotte Mecklenburg Black Chamber of Commerce (CMBCC). We are excited about the things we have planned for our members and we look forward to your support and participation. Our goals are to provide small and emerging businesses with the needed training and relationship building that will result in their ability to manage their businesses better and successfully grow them.

We continue to successfully achieve our goals. Those successes include increasing our membership, hosting a number of training sessions and networking events, and building valuable partnerships. Locally, we continue to nurture our partnership with the Charlotte Chamber and build new ones with other organizations. Additionally, we have strengthened our relationship with the National Black Chamber of Commerce (NBCC). This will provide our members with the access to national and international resources that NBCC provides. We achieved a major milestone with the addition of our new Executive Director, Veronica Giles. She and her team are making a significant contribution to our success. Despite our accomplishments, we cannot fully achieve our goals without your support and participation. Therefore, I am requesting your membership in this exciting organization. By working together, I believe we can help make Charlotte a thriving business community for all of its residents.
